This part is for merchants who run a Shopify shop and install the kit.ink app for Shopify.

What kit.ink does for your shop

kit.ink is a 3D jersey configurator on the product page of your Shopify shop. Fans personalize an official jersey on that page. kit.ink checks every personalization before production.

Your shop keeps its checkout and its orders. Orders, prices, refunds and customer emails stay in Shopify. kit.ink supplies the design, the checks, the complete history and the print documents.

You installed the app and have no connect code?

To connect your shop, your club needs a service contract with kit.ink. The contract gives your club its connect code. Without a contract, the app cannot connect your shop.

Ask kit.ink about a contract

Your club already has a contract?

kit.ink issues the connect code for your club after the contract is signed. Ask your contact at kit.ink for the code. If you do not know the contact, write to hello@kit.ink.

Paste the code in the app. The code works once. It expires after 7 days. If it does not work any more, ask for a new code.

kit.ink Review

This part is for staff who use the kit.ink Review app.

1. About the app

kit.ink Review is the review companion app for jersey personalizations. Staff of our business customers use it to approve or reject personalizations before they go to production.

4. Staff accounts and passwords

Staff accounts for kit.ink Review are set up and managed by your own organization, not by us. For a password reset or a new account, contact your organization's administrator first.
